If you are having trouble with your lock due to a defect and have completed the troubleshooting steps please go to our website and submit a request. You will need to provide your contact information (physical address- NO PO Boxes, please), your key # (if applicable), lock model and a picture of your lock and key. Be sure to include a brief explanation of the issue you are having. Our warranty department will review the information provided and will respond to your request. If the lock is deemed faulty a new lock will be shipped out to you.
