When submitting a request you will sometimes be asked for a picture.(Please note pictures of your lock are required for warranty requests). On the request form you will see a link that says "attach file" at the bottom of the page. You can click on this to attach the picture directly to the form
If you do not have the picture available at the time that you submit your request you can send us the picture by replying back to the confirmation email you received when you filed your request or any email sent to you by a customer service agent.. Simply attach the picture in a reply email and send it back to us
